Blue Blower

This fan is very compact, built for the long haul. There are cheaper fans out there, even look the same but if it isn’t a blue blower you get what you pay for.The price paid is in my opinion a bargain, others might not think so. The fan is very light weight and quiet, puts out an amazing amount of air,has a long heavy duty cord and 2 receptacles to plug in power tools.I should have gotten this a long time ago. As far as i’m concerned their are no drawbacks to this fan,

Very Handy Fan
I had a similar home made fan using an AC motor/blower for more than ten years before it finally burned out. I saw this unit and thought I’d give it a try. It is quite a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it puts out a great stream of air right where you need it as it can be pointed up, down, straight or at an angle so you can set it where you need it. It has three speeds and I almost always use the lowest setting because I like to have the fan close to me and pointed directly at me. Having lived in Florida and Texas most of my life, I’ve come to rely on always having a fan handy. This one is light and portable and even has two extension plugs on the sides so you can plug your tools in while keeping cool.

A couple of downsides - it is light weight but the plastic doesn’t do a good job of making this unit as quiet as it could be. Another concern is that I would not trust knocking it off a workbench onto concrete as I’m not sure how well it would fare. All in all though, it turned out to be a good replacement for my old large and heavy A/C unit and puts out all the air I need.

Blue Blower
Great little fan, they move a TON of air, keep several around my shop & home in the basement & garage. These used to be made in the USA…not any more. The old ones would last for years in my Body Shop. Now the windings in the motor must be lighter, cause we can only get 2-3 years out of them now. Keep in mind this is a Body Shop, VERY dirty enviroment. I am still gonna buy them because of the size & the amount of air they move. Have tried other look alike fans & they are truley JUNK.
