Not enough assortment
There are (6) #2 Phillips bit tips and (3) #2 Square recess bit tips in addition to #2 Phillips power bit and #2 Square recess power bit. I personally would not need that many Phillips bits nor Square recess bits. Would like to see Torx 15 and some Allen bits.
Update (2/6/2012): This item is currently on sale here for the lowest price I’ve seen.

Great set…
I have this set for my husband and he loves it. It was worth the money. He is a carpenter by profession, so he knows his tools!

Decent selection, decent price.
There’s really not much to say about screw driving bits, they chuck into the screw gun, and they either do what they’re supposed to, or they break. These do what they’re supposed to. The case is a bit large for what you’re getting inside, but I suppose that makes it easy to find.
