RotoZip RZ2000-50, Don’t know what I would..

Overall Rating55555

Don’t know what I would have done without it.

Just like the title says. I recently completed a bathroom remodel. My wife and I did 100% of the work ourselves. This included tiling a floor and shower, replacing all drywall and numerous other tasks. The Rotozip was bought specifically for the project. It was an invaluable tool. With the right bits, I was able to cut holes in our porcelain tile for the shower fittings, something I would never have been able to do with a wetsaw. It also gave me the ability to cut perfect holes for can lights in the ceiling. The trimsaw accessory was also used when I needed to cut out the back of the new cabinets for plumbing. This is a great tool, very versatile with the bits/accessories that are available. It is well made, as well. You can tell it just “feels” well constructed the minute you pick it up. I’ve found myself looking for projects/tasks that I can have an excuse for using it now.

RZ2000-50
Unit is very well built and cuts easily hollow material used to cut steel and wood. Have not used on other materials too, but do not provide a problem as the unit has plenty of torque.

3 Jaw Chuck
1st of all, this tool is a great piece of machinery in terms of performance, aesthetics, etc…While its not designed to accept the previous attachments,it does accept the 3jaw Keyless Chuck,Mod SFE5-RKC,in place of the Collet system..I was used to utilizing the 3Jaw chuck which came with my RZ10..So for the other satisfied users of the RZ2000,you do have a choice of either the collet system or the 3Jaw Chuck……
